Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Oktober 2014 Operational Performance Engineer - Jakarta Hatch
The Operational Performance Engineer will support project initiatives, and participate in Business Development. This person will play a key role in building client relationships, and developing business.
JOB DUTIES:
- Work strategically with Hatch clients to deliver operational performance outcomes for new and expanding plant, including:
- Maintenance and reliability improvement activities
- Reliability modelling and calculations
- Maintenance planning and scheduling
- Leading and executing small capital and/or maintenance projects
- Shutdown management, planning and execution related tasks
- Asset strategy, maintenance tactics, spare parts analysis and procedures development
- Operational readiness
- Assist the clients to identify opportunities, create and execute strategy, achieve the expected outcomes, and sustain these outcomes through the development of asset strategies, key performance indicators and performance measures
- Conduct appropriate audits or surveys to identify corrective or adjustment activities to ensure that improvement outcomes stay in line with the client’s business needs
- Facilitate workshops with clients
- Report and present material to Hatch and/or clients as to outcomes achieved and future activities required to sustain and continuously improve
- Identify and engage existing clients to further develop business opportunities
- Identify and engage new clients to grow the practice
- Work with team members to continuously improve practice services and capability, including working with other Hatch teams
- Interact with the Operational Performance practice in Australia and globally as necessary to ensure Hatch's skills, capabilities, tools and processes in OP are translated as appropriate into Indonesian projects
- Prepare project proposals for review and delivery of all new works
Essential
- At least 10 years experience in a plant environment in heavy industry maintenance
- Maintenance leadership in an operational environment
- Willing to travel to site for assignments, as required
- Exceptional knowledge of maintenance requirements, maintenance planning, shutdown / turnaround management, maintenance management systems, tools and methodologies such as reliability centred maintenance (RCM)
- Experience driving plant improvements such as time, reliability, output, and quality
- Leading and executing small projects in an operational environment
- Experience in leading a small teams on multiple sites
- Strong computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Project) as well as strong CMMS skills and experience
- Current local resident and citizen of Indonesia
