Job Role:

• Responsible to define, develop, continuously improving the Business Support System (BSS) and Operation Support System (OSS) solution, strategy and roadmap.
• Responsible for high-level use-case of the solution which represents the value of the proposed solution in terms of investment and cost of resources required; the desired business outcomes.
• Responsible to advocate the solution to the company stakeholders.
• Responsible to keep up with global trends and technology update, understand business direction and develop principles and selection method accordingly for the most suitable partner and technology for BSS/ OSS standardization and technology direction.
• Accountable for initiating annual BSS/ OSS budgetary plan which includes budgetary of BSS/ OSS capacity expansion, features enhancement and system transformation.
• Evaluate BSS/ OSS projects to ensure the deliverable align with standardization and technology direction.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum graduated S1 Informatics/Computer/Electrical/Telecommunication/Industry Engineering
• 5-7 years Solution Architecting experience in BSS/OSS domain in a corporate scale and Telco-industry and should have hands on experience as expected in the role purpose above.
• Full cycle delivery experience in BSS/OSS domain in a corporate scale and Telco-industry and should have experience in overall view of the delivery.
• Exposure to operational of BSS/OSS domain in a corporate scale and Telco-industry.
• Knowledge in application and system design, database design and infrastructure design.
• Knowledge in Business Process Framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM) and Information Framework (SID)
• Familiarity with Enterprise-Architecture (EA tools) such as Mega, IBM Rational Rose and Alfabet
